Online Asynchronous Iconography Lessons
These lessons are asynchronous, meaning you can follow them whenever you can and at your own pace. Here’s how they work:
- Purchasing the Lesson:
You buy the lesson in video format and start following the instructions in the video. - Feedback and Corrections:
At each stage, you send me a photo of your work (taken with your phone). I provide corrections directly on the photo and send it back to you, so you can apply the corrections to your artwork. I will suggest specific points where you should send your work for review, but you can also send photos as frequently or infrequently as you wish to request my feedback. - Costs:
- Video Purchase: €20
- Correction Package: €20 for 10 corrections.
You are charged only when I provide a correction. If your work requires no corrections, I simply let you know to proceed, and you are not charged.
For the first lesson (painting the face of Saint Demetrios), you will typically need 3-4 correction packages plus the video purchase, costing around €100 in total. Depending on how many corrections you request, the cost may vary.
- Unlimited Access:
There is no time limit for sending corrections, and you can watch the purchased video as many times as you like. - Video Content:
The videos are comprehensive, just like attending a live lesson. Some students find them sufficient without online feedback. However, the online corrections are the key way to learn effectively. - Clarifications:
If you need further details, email info@pilarinos.gr or call 0030 6945746653 Viber or Whatsapp - Advanced Students:
If you are experienced in iconography, you can opt for corrections only without purchasing the videos.
